Meet Your Coach!

After signing up, you’ll be assigned to either Jonah or Dawson. Based on your responses in the Onboarding Form, you will be assigned to the coach who’ll be able to best serve you since each coach has their own unique skillsets!

  • Jonah has an extensive history in sports, sprinting, and speed training. He came into the University of Regina as the provincial 100m & 200m record holder, receiving full university scholarships for both track & field and football. Later in his university career, his focus shifted to transforming the speed of other athletes. When Jonah isn’t coaching, he is researching and studying all things speed development from the best coaches in the world. He has numerous certificates from the best performance academies and coaches in the world.

  • Dawson entered his university career as an underdog athlete and left as one of the best athletes around. As a varsity athlete, Dawson developed a deep understanding for sprinting and speed training. This led to him getting multiple financial scholarships and a 3 years career on the university football team as a walk-on. Over one off-season, Dawson applied everything he knew about speed training and improved his 60m time by 0.20s — very impressive for a highly trained athlete. Dawson is constantly bettering himself as a speed coach by continuously learning from the best coaches in the world.

  • Our speed training program is suited for ANY athlete looking to get faster and more athletic. We train athletes of various sports with high success since we ensure the training we provide to you is specific to your sport.

  • Yes! We have trained many non-athletes with high success! This includes people who haven’t even ran or trained in years.

  • As long as you have access to somewhere you can sprint in a straight line for at least 50m, you’re set. Weight room access is a bonus but not required. We will tailor your program around the facility & equipment you have access to.

  • Because we individualize the training to you, it is beneficial for all ages and will differ depending on your age. We have worked with youth, high school, university, and adult-aged athletes and have had high success with each.

  • That is perfectly okay. Because the training is individualized to your situation and schedule, we plan around you and not the other way around. Whether you do 2 workouts a week, or 6, you will see benefit. And if your schedule changes, just let us know and we will again adjust the training schedule.

  • Athletes subscribed to our coaching will get one video call per week with their coach. These meetings aren’t mandatory - if you want to meet, just let us know and we will set up a time together!

  • Once you make the purchase, you will immediately be redirected to a Google Form’s page. Your responses on this form is what we use to completely personalize your training. After completing this form, your coach will email you a link to download our training app.

  • Yes! We can set up the training profile under your name, or sign you up to get performance reports on your child’s training.

  • If you feel the training isn’t providing you with that you need, let your coach know ASAP! Do this by messaging him on the training app, or meeting with him on a video call to discuss the training and any necessary adjustments going forward. This isn’t just a program, it’s 1:1 coaching so we are willing to make adjustments on the fly based on your feedback.

  • Yes, the training subscription can be cancelled at any time with no hassle. This training is completely risk-free with no strings attached. If you would like to cancel, simply message your coach via our training app and we will cancel your program immediately.

  • Our coaches have plenty of experience with significantly improving athletes’ speed and athleticism. If you do the workouts with a high intensity and communicate any questions or concerns to your coach, you will succeed.

  • In the Onboarding Form that you fill out upon signing up, you specify when you would like to start training. If you want to start ASAP, we can have your first week created within 24 hours of receiving payment.
